What do I need to get started?
Just message us on WhatsApp with where you're going and when. We'll ask for a photo of your passport and tell you exactly what else your destination needs, in plain words.
Is my visa guaranteed?
No one can promise a visa: the decision always belongs to the embassy or immigration authority. What we promise is that a visa expert checks every page of your file before it goes in, so it is as strong as it can be.
What happens if my visa is rejected?
We refund our service fee. Government and embassy fees are set by the issuing authority and can't be refunded.
How much does it cost, and when do I pay?
It depends on the destination and how many people are travelling. We'll send you a full quote on WhatsApp. You pay half before we start and the rest before we file.
How long does it take?
It depends on the country. We'll give you the usual processing time when you message us, and keep you updated on WhatsApp until your visa is ready.
Do I need to book flights before applying?
Usually not. If your destination asks for flight or hotel reservations, we arrange them and add them to your quote.
Is my passport safe with you?
We use your passport details only to prepare and file your visa application, and we delete your photos and documents within 30 days of the visa decision. Our privacy policy has the details.
Can you handle visas for my whole family or group?
Yes. Tell us who's travelling with you, and we prepare each person's file together so nothing gets missed.
Which countries do you cover?
Visas for Singapore, Bali (Indonesia), Japan, Vietnam, the UAE and Qatar, plus arrival cards and ETAs for easy-entry destinations like the Maldives, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Thailand and Mauritius.
