Paperflight is run by [LEGAL ENTITY], [ADDRESS] ("we"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our visa assistance service, why we use it and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, email address and WhatsApp messages.
- Passport details and photos of your passport.
- Your travel plans and the documents your application needs, such as photographs, reservations and financial documents.
- The same details for anyone you apply for, such as family members. Please make sure they, or a parent or guardian for a child, have agreed to you sharing them.

How we use it
- To prepare and file your visa, ETA or arrival card application.
- To arrange reservations your application requires.
- To send you quotes and updates, and to answer your questions.
- To take payment and keep the records the law requires.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
- Embassies, immigration authorities and their official application centres, to file your application.
- Reservation providers, when your application needs flight or hotel reservations.
- Service providers that help us run Paperflight, including WhatsApp (Meta) for messages, and our hosting, email and payment providers.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Filing a visa application sends your data to the destination country. Some of our service providers may also process it outside India.
How long we keep it
We delete your passport photos and application documents within 30 days of the visa decision. We may keep payment and business records for as long as the law requires. Messages you send us on WhatsApp also stay in your own chat and are subject to WhatsApp's policies.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent, or raise a complaint. If you withdraw consent or ask us to delete data before your application is filed, we may not be able to continue with it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
