These terms apply when you use Paperflight, a visa assistance service run by [LEGAL ENTITY], [ADDRESS] ("we"). By asking us to start your application, you agree to them.

What we do

We prepare and file visa, ETA and arrival card applications for travellers from India, and arrange flight or hotel reservations where an application requires them. These reservations are for your application and are not your travel booking.

We are not a government agency

Paperflight is not affiliated with any government. The embassy or immigration authority alone decides whether to issue a visa and how long that takes, so we cannot guarantee an approval or a date. Any processing time we give you is an estimate. Holding a visa also does not guarantee entry, which is decided at the border.

What we need from you

• Give us complete, true and current information and documents, and check your application details when we ask you to.
• Tell us promptly if your details or travel plans change.
• Only send us another person's details if you have their permission, or are their parent or guardian.
• Follow the conditions of your visa and the rules of the country you visit.

Fees and payment

We send you a full quote on WhatsApp before you pay. You pay half before we start and the rest before we file your application. Government and embassy fees are set by the issuing authority.

If your visa is rejected

We refund our service fee if your visa is rejected. Government and embassy fees cannot be refunded. [CONFIRM: reservation costs, refund timeline, and what happens if you cancel before filing.]

Our responsibility

We take care in preparing every application. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions or delays by authorities, or for travel costs you commit to before your visa is issued, so please avoid non-refundable bookings until then. Governing law
